shipping policy

At Humboldt Holistic Health, all products are handmade in small batches and shipped with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During high-volume periods, sales, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to:

    •    Weather

    •    Carrier issues

    •    Holiday surges

    •    Incorrect addresses

 

Once your package is shipped, transit times are outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

    •    Incorrect addresses

    •    Old addresses

    •    Incomplete addresses

 

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or redirected.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once your order is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

Humboldt Holistic Health is not responsible for:

    •    Lost packages

    •    Stolen packages

    •    Delayed packages

    •    Packages marked “delivered” but not received

 

If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will gladly provide any supporting information needed.

 

Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with:

    1.    Your order number

    2.    Photos of the packaging and product

    3.    A brief description of the issue

 

We will work with you to resolve the matter.

 

International Shipping

 

If you plan to ship internationally, I can add a section for that — or leave it out if you prefer to ship within the U.S. only. Just let me know.

 

Shipping During Extreme Weather

 

Because your products are natural and temperature-sensitive (especially tallow), please be mindful that heat may affect texture during transit. This does not impact product quality or performance.
