At Humboldt Holistic Health, all products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because skincare items cannot be resold once opened — and for the safety and purity of our customers — we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Please read the full policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Sensitivity or allergic reactions
• Ordering the wrong item
• Disliking the scent or texture
• Color variations (natural products vary)
We encourage customers with known sensitivities or concerns to reach out before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.
If your item arrives:
• Damaged,
• Leaking,
• Broken, or
• Incorrect,
please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the issue
3. A description of what happened
We will happily assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates are outside of our control.
For lost, delayed, or stolen packages:
• Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• We will assist you with information needed for the claim.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for carrier-related issues.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to help.
